Shipping & Delivery
- Please provide only one delivery address for each order.
- Delivery process will usually take 3 to 5 days after payment has been received. (Rescheduling might apply.)
- A notice will be sent to you to confirm the exact day and time once the order has been confirmed.
- Please ensure that someone to receive your order at the confirmed delivery time. Any rescheduling of delivery time due to customer's absence on the confirmed time and delivery address is subject to an additional charge of RM30-RM50 (within Klang Valley).
For delivery of smaller items, onlyyoutcs@gmail.com recommends registered delivery as we are unable to do tracking for any non-registered mail. An additional postage rate is applicable for all locally registered deliveries (depending on the size and weight of the product to the delivery address)
Postage is charged as per Poslaju Malaysia rates and costs as low as RM8.00 for the first 500 gram for local delivery. As such, if you purchase 5 pieces of items (within 500 grams), then the locally registered delivery charge will be RM8.00 + RM1.50, which amounts to RM9.50. (This is an estimated pricing on postage, price may differ due to size, weight and exact delivery address)
- Delivery Charges: RM30- RM50 per destination (Within Klang Valley)
- A re-delivery charge of RM30- RM50 (Within Klang Valley) will be imposed if recipient is not present to receive the goods at the shipping address on the scheduled delivery time. While care and effort will be taken to ensure that all products sold are in good condition, customers are encouraged to inspect all goods upon delivery. Should there be any defect(s), it should be made known to the Company immediately.
- Delivery time and rates are subject to change.
- For delivery address outside of Klang Valley which only require Delivery without Installation, a surcharge of RM20- RM80 (WM/ EM) may apply.
